All refunds for returned merchandise purchased on yallahcart.com are subject to successful receipt and physical inspection of the returned item at our central warehouse facility.

Mandatory Quality Check

Our quality team will inspect the item in question before authorizing a refund to verify that it meets the criteria outlined in this Refund Policy. An item must fulfill these criteria to qualify for a refund. This item should be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and kept inside its original, sealed, and undamaged packaging; this item should also be returned with original manufacturer tags, certificates, user manuals, and other accessories fully intact.

We begin the process of reimbursing you for a purchase once we have physically received said item and approve this item for a refund after thoroughly inspecting it to verify the veracity of the refund request.

Processing Window

Processing approvals can take 7 to 14 business days after approval. This timeline begins from the date your return passes inspection. It should be noted that business days exclude Sundays and official public holidays in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Refund Payment Method

All eligible refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of buying the purchased item (such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). However, based on your financial institution or card issuer, it may take extra business days for the credited funds to reflect in your bank account or card statement once we are done processing the transaction.

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 5 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed and dispatched from our fulfillment facility.

Cancellation Refund Handling

• Successful Cancellations: If we receive your cancellation request within the 5-hour window and before dispatch, your request will meet approval.
• Post-Dispatch Requests: Once an order has been handed over to our couriers or dispatched from our facility, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you must receive the shipment and then initiate a standard return request following the process outlined in our Return Policy.

We at YALLAH CART TRADING LLC believe in providing a transparent purchasing experience to our customers. Therefore, we cover the return shipping costs for all eligible returns within the UAE. We do not charge customers any return delivery fees, restocking fees, or administrative penalties for approved return submissions. However, we cover return shipping costs only when these returns are handled through our designated courier partners using our official pre-paid labels. Any third-party shipping charges incurred independently will not be refunded.

Final-Sale Disclosures

Any items categorized as final-sale, promotional clearance, or non-returnable will be explicitly identified on the product listing page and during the checkout process. Once purchased, these items are non-refundable unless damaged prior to delivery.

Failed Inspection Items
